The Work Empowerment Program (WEP) Orientation is the first step in obtaining employment assistance through OAR of Fairfax County.

To reserve a place at the next available orientation session call 703-246-3150.

To register in advance, a registration form may be downloaded from the link at the bottom of this page.

There are two options:

• Download the form, save it to your computer, fill it in (use underlines where instructions say circle), and e-mail the completed form as an attachment. To e-mail the form click here.
• Download the form, print it out, fill it in by hand, and fax the completed form to OAR at 703-273-7554, to the attention of "Work Empowerment Program Staff."

You may also obtain a registration form when you arrive at OAR and complete it prior to the start of the orientation session.  

Please note: attending the WEP Orientation is required in order to participate in the Interviewing Skills Workshop held weekly on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
