OAR of Fairfax County offers a continuum of programs that are specifically designed for the unique needs and challenges that are common to persons involved in the criminal justice system Alternative Sentencing & Court Programs Education and Training Impact of Crime Transitional and Family Services VASAVOR Violence Intervention Program Target Population OAR works with persons involved in the criminal justice system and their families. Funding restrictions may limit the availability of specific services to persons who are not Fairfax County residents. However, we also provide some services to Loudon County and Prince William County residents and anyone who is processed through the Fairfax County court system.
